Our quality wall services give solutions to quality problems directly in their origin. Our team works in close collaboration with the suppliers doing, before shipping, an additional inspection of 100% of the agreed features of the products manufactured.

WHICH IS THE TARGET OF THE QUALITY WALL?

Make a selection of as many products as possible based on the problems detected (aesthetic, functional, packaging defects, etc.) previously by the quality inspection carried out during the manufacturing process.

At the same time, check if your supplier has repaired the defective products according to your instructions and know the percentage of defects that affect your shipment.

100% inspection is also carried out in the case of finished products not yet packaged that require special attention due, for example, to their high value.

100% inspection allows us to separate defective products that may have been classified as correct by the supplier.

Our inspectors will select the finished products one by one and carefully following the client's instructions, assessing whether they are defective or not.

WHICH ARE THE MAIN ITEMS TO CHECK?

  • APPEARANCE: size, color, shape, finish, etc.

  • OPERATION: according to the article.

  • PRODUCT SAFETY: rough or sharp edges, leaks, etc.
